Pilot Phase

During this pilot phase, we are testing an AI-Agent that can assist English- and Spanish-speaking residents and service providers in El Dorado County.

The knowledge base for this AI-Assisted Agent is based on data from two public websites: 1. El Dorado County Resource Guide, which appears on the El Dorado County Office of Education website). 2. The Community Resources webpage that appears on the El Dorado County Government website. Resource categories are: Food & Nutrition, Housing & Shelter, Health & Medical Care, Mental Health & Counseling, Substance Use Services, Crisis, Safety & Violence, Children, Youth & Families, Older Adults, Disability Services, Financial & Basic Needs Assistance, Employment & Education, Utilities & Household Assistance, Transportation, Legal Assistance, Veterans & Military Families, Tribal & Native American Services, Disaster & Emergency Recovery, and Animal Assistance.
